ABOUT WILD PRACTICE
Advanced performer training cultivates rare abilities: confidence, imagination, creativity, presence and responsiveness.
These are not simply performance skills. They are fundamental capacities of human experience.
Drawing on practices developed within advanced performance training, Wild Practice brings these disciplines into life beyond the stage.
The work is accessible to everyone.

Wild Practice was founded by Ranulph Redlin and Zohra Mithani, artists, actors and performance-makers trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
Ranulph has worked internationally for two decades across visual art, photography, film and performance, with credits including the Victoria & Albert Museum, Cannes Film Festival and the Quilliam Foundation. He holds two masters degrees, in Creative Writing and Theatre Lab (RADA). His artistic practice explores the relationship between the body, perception and human experience.
Zohra has worked professionally in theatre across India and the UK as a performer, writer, director and movement deviser, with credits including Prithvi Theatre Festival, Kalaghoda Festival (Mumbai) and is a founder of Kanyaa aur Kahaniyaa, a Mumbai-based theatre company. She trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and holds an MA in Theatre Lab. Her practice draws closely on Grotowski-based psychophysical work to create embodied, imaginative journeys.
Our work draws on physical, imaginative and ensemble practices encountered across contemporary performance training and develops them for people outside the rehearsal room.
We believe the practices performers use to cultivate presence, confidence, creativity, and responsiveness can be made accessible to everyone, enriching life far beyond the stage.
